We are confident that you'll like our product. We do our best to ensure that all frames and lenses are processed to accuracy and the prescription as well as specific needs that our customers requested. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Eyeglasses, you may contact us at with any questions or concerns.


Here are some points you might want to know:

  • If you order frames with prescription lens selection other than Standard lens, and you want to return the frames and lenses for any reason, we offer a full refund on the frame and a 50% refund on the lenses or, a one-time free redo on the lenses after receiving return shipment, your choice, we will issue a credit voucher that you can use within 2 years.
  • If your lenses are not made perfectly to the prescription you give us, we will remake the lens at no cost to you.
  • We will replace manufacturing defected frames / Lenses at no charge during the 30-day warranty period. Those glasses should be returned for inspection within the 30-days, new glasses will be granted at no charge with Free Shipping or refund the amount, after assuring the defect.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • This return policy does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings


How to return:

If you want to return your eyeglasses for any reason, contact us at Please write with your name, address, Order number and the reason of return.


Please be sure at the time of return that:

  • You have already contacted us on email and you have got return authorization number and return shipping address as mentioned in our sales return authorization email.
  • The item is in perfect condition. All returned product(s) must be in its original condition as it was received. Please make sure to include all the original material that we sent with the Package.
  • Your return is within 30 days from the day we shipped it to you.
  • Pack your glasses securely and make sure to note down on a paper inside the return box your name, contact information, the reason of return and the authorization number we sent to you on email.
  • You can send your return via any shipping method. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (we are not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
  • Once your return is received, we will confirm you back with your return approval status.
